Duyun Star River Hotel

I traveled to Duyun with my family and chose this hotel out of thousands of choices. I am still very satisfied. The hotel is located in a very good city center hotel, next to the Internet celebrity Xishan Bridge and Shiban Street. The lobby is very warm. I stayed in the standard room on the first day I feel that the room is a bit small. Xiaoan at the front desk recommended to take a look at the suite, the suite is very comfortable. Super suitable for a family of three, there are two bathrooms, the space is very comfortable, and the scenery is amazing! You can see the Ximen Bridge from the bedroom window. You can enjoy the Ximen Bridge at night while taking a bath. It’s so pleasant! Wenfeng Bridge, Baizi Bridge and Wenfeng Tower can be seen from the living room window! It's so beautiful! If you come to Duyun, you must live here, and you must choose a suite! Thanks to the lady at the front desk. Xiao An is a very nice person, enthusiastic and meticulous!

Randomly selected hotel, a very satisfactory stay, the hotel environment is comfortable, quiet and sleeps well, the hotel service is very satisfactory, the lady at the front desk, Xiao An, is very beautiful and soft-spoken, the service is very considerate, the hotel has a good location, convenient parking, and there are Internet celebrities around Wenfeng Park Shiban Street, Qiaoxishan Bridge, belongs to the city center hotel, and the night view of the hotel is very beautiful.

The room is hygienic, the environment is warm, full of luxury, value for money, the attitude of the service staff is very good, what you see is what you get! The river view from the room is good, next time I go to Duyun, I will stay here again. The meaning of a pleasant trip is to live in such a good hotel.

It was the first time I came to Duyun, and I chose Star River Hotel after comparing online. The hotel is located in the city center. You can see Baizi Bridge, Wenfeng Tower, and Xishan Bridge when you have breakfast in the hotel. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to Shiban Street. The tea wholesale market is just opposite, the transportation is convenient, the hotel facilities are very good, the room design style is unique, the service is good, and the value-for-money experience is the first choice for Duyun in the future.

服務態度不好就算了，連對客户的需求完全不在意，明明看圖片是沒有這個大柱子，給了這個柱子房還不告知客户。客户要求更換也是置之不理，明明一樣的價格卻享受了低檔次的服務和房型，卻也沒有任何的説法，真的是非常失望！

來都勻遊玩訂的星河灣酒店的景觀大床房，但是這間大床房中間有一個隔牆板把會客區一分為二給人感覺很壓抑，前台小悦非常貼心，在無同類型房型可供選擇的情況下給升級到了套房，推開房門就被驚艷到了，房間很大，裝修設計豪華，美觀舒適，床外的景色正對都勻的劍河，風景不錯，這裏表揚一下前台小悦，服務意識非常好，符合星級酒店的標準。酒店早餐稍微差一些，品種少，不太符合5鑽酒店的標準，希望能改進。

前台辦手續帶眼鏡的小姐姐服務態度好，但夜晚服務員效率不高。設施太差，想睡覺關不上燈，服務員告訴用力多按幾下，就是敲都不行，整晚睡不好，第二天早上的早餐除了粉意外基本沒有胃口，過於簡單了。

早餐雖然簡單，但還可以，酒店的服務人員很熱情，服務態度很好，我們一行人共訂了4個房間，當天氣温很高，有近30攝氏度，進到房間就把空調調低了，但一點冷氣都沒有，跟前台溝通後，答覆是冷氣的主機還沒開，理由是往年3月份的都勻沒有這麼高的氣温，冷氣系統還沒有清洗、消毒，所以暫時還不能開，衹能開送風。後來前台提議給我們更換座向不同的房間，雖然也是沒有冷氣的，但該方向的窗户打開後有自然風通風，相對不會那麼熱。該酒店規模不算小，但竟然沒有自家的餐廳（衹有一個提供自助早餐的小餐廳），吃飯必須自行到外面去找。

新酒店 房間大 景色好 樓下商業完善 酒店設施設備齊全 尤其前台以及服務人員小悦 小何兩位 及時解決客人的問題，良好和專業的服務態度留下深刻的印象，可以説在這個地區是最好的酒店。
